DNTKR STUDIO SAS, Colombian Tax ID (NIT) 901.982.335, domiciled in Armenia, Quindío, Colombia, is responsible for processing the personal data you provide through this website.

Full name, WhatsApp number, email address, city and country, and any information about your project you choose to share in the quote form (business stage, services of interest, estimated budget, and start date).
3. Purpose of processing
Data is collected, stored, used, and deleted in order to contact you, prepare and send a service quote, and carry out commercial follow-up. If you expressly authorize it, it is also used to send you content, news, and promotions from DNTKR Studio.
4. Your rights
You may access, update, correct, and delete your personal data, and revoke the authorization granted, at any time, by writing to hola@dantkorstudio.com.
5. Authorization record
Each authorization is recorded together with the date, time, IP address, and the version of the text accepted at the time of submission, as evidence in the event of a claim or request.
6. Retention
Data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing and, afterward, for as long as a legal or contractual obligation to retain it exists.
